01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the af444 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the af444 platform and close any account you hold with af444.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules that apply to individual games, promotions or products offered on the af444 platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific rules shall apply to that game or promotion, while these Terms shall continue to govern all other aspects of your relationship with af444.

02Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the af444 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. af444 strictly prohibits access to or use of the platform by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification is enforced during the KYC process and af444 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, partnership or other legal entity. Accounts may only be opened and held in the name of a real individual.
• You must register using accurate personal information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held on account.
• You must hold only one account on af444. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and any associated balances being frozen pending investigation.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on af444 or be accessing the platform in breach of any self-exclusion arrangement you have previously entered into with af444.

03Account Registration

To access the full range of af444 services, you must register an account by completing the registration process available on the af444 platform. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national identity document or passport.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name. This number will serve as your primary login identifier and contact method for account notifications and verification.
• Date of birth, which must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• A password of your choosing that meets af444's minimum security requirements. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. af444 will never request your password by email, SMS or any other communication channel.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your af444 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify af444 immediately at [email protected]. af444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

af444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All balances displayed in your af444 account are denominated in BDT. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions processed through the af444 platform:

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method. Players are advised to check the current minimum deposit thresholds displayed on the Deposit page within their account. As a general reference, the minimum deposit for mobile wallet methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay is ৳200.
• Deposits credited to your af444 account are available for use on the platform immediately upon confirmation of the transfer. af444 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees applied by the sending payment provider are outside af444's control and responsibility.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the af444 account holder. af444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods or payment methods not verified under the account's KYC documentation.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers on verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. af444 will not be liable for delays caused by the receiving payment provider's own processing infrastructure.
• af444 reserves the right to delay, reverse or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed. In such cases, af444 will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

af444 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own bank or payment provider on the receiving end of a withdrawal transaction. af444 will confirm the net amount to be received at the time of withdrawal request wherever possible.

05Bonuses and Promotions

af444 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotional credits offered on the af444 platform:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in that bonus's specific terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through satisfying the stated wagering requirement. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• af444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotional credit at any time if there is evidence that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus credits and associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• af444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is modified or withdrawn after a player has already qualified, af444 will honour the terms of the promotion as they applied at the time the player qualified.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to newly registered players only and may be claimed once per player, household or IP address. af444 uses automated systems to detect duplicate or fraudulent bonus claims and will act on any identified breach without prior notice.

06Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the af444 platform — including live casino games, slots, crash games, card games and sports betting products — are governed by specific game rules published within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating. The following general fair play principles apply across all game categories:

• All casino games on af444 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied and maintained by the game's originating provider studio. af444 does not alter RNG outputs or modify published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, af444 will apply the game provider's standard resolution protocol for that game. Where a round cannot be completed due to a system error, bets placed on that round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.
• Sports betting results are determined by official results from the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). af444 uses data from accredited sports data providers to settle bets and reserves the right to void bets where official results are not available within a reasonable period following the event.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology that provides an unfair mechanical advantage over other players or the platform itself is strictly prohibited on af444. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and associated winnings forfeited.

af444 reserves the right to void bets, cancel game rounds, or reverse payouts where there is clear evidence of a software malfunction, data feed error, or pricing error that resulted in odds or payouts that were manifestly incorrect. In all cases af444 will act transparently and communicate its decision to affected players.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the af444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to: using stolen payment credentials, providing false identity documents, exploiting platform errors or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, or conducting chargebacks on deposits.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the af444 platform to conceal, move or legitimise the proceeds of criminal activity. af444 is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities and will do so without notifying the account holder.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to: sharing hole cards in poker variants, coordinating bets in live dealer games, or any form of chip dumping.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other purpose. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds forfeited.
• Use of VPNs, proxy services or IP masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions, access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or conceal the true origin of transactions or account activity.
• Harassment, abusive language, threats or discriminatory conduct directed at af444 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel available on the platform.

08Account Suspension and Termination

af444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the rules of any specific game or promotion on the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by af444 following a withdrawal request or at any other time af444 requests such verification.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.
• Request by the account holder to close their own account, including requests made through the self-exclusion process under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus activity in breach of these Terms) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method within 10 business days, unless the closure was triggered by confirmed fraudulent activity, in which case af444 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and, where applicable, forfeiture.

09Responsible Gaming

af444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment and should remain within the player's personal financial means. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account to control their total spend. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss limits: Players may set a maximum loss limit per day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Time-out: Players may take a short break from gaming by activating a time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom period. During a time-out, login access is suspended and no bets may be placed.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion from af444. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the af444 platform — including but not limited to: the af444 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of af444 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the af444 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

The af444 brand name, logo and associated trademarks may not be used in any form without prior written consent from af444. Any unauthorised use of af444 intellectual property will be subject to legal action. If you believe any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact af444 at [email protected] with full details of your claim.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, af444 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of funds arising from a player's own decisions in relation to gaming activity, including losses resulting from normal game outcomes, strategic errors or informed risk-taking. Gambling involves inherent financial risk; losses are a possible outcome of any bet and af444 is not liable for funds lost through normal gaming activity.
• Interruptions to service arising from circumstances outside af444's direct control, including but not limited to: internet service provider outages, mobile network disruption, power failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider system failures.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the af444 platform, even where af444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this limitation of liability clause shall exclude or limit af444's liability for: death or personal injury caused by af444's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by af444, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. af444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy and Data

af444 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and af444. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at https://af444.vip/privacy-policy.

af444 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. All data transmitted between your device and the af444 platform is encrypted using SSL technology. af444 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

13Amendments to These Terms

af444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, af444 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number or email address associated with the account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the af444 website. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current version. Continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
